Paul is the driving force behind Symbion’s success. His career in the power sector spans 40 years. During that period, he has worked in North America, Europe, Africa and Asia including in Iraq and Afghanistan where Symbion played a leading role in the $18 billion US led reconstruction program. Paul is Chairman of New York based Invest Africa (US) and he is the former Chairman of Washington DC based Corporate Council on Africa.
