Status: Complete and Energized.

A Reliable Power Supply

In August 2006, Symbion was awarded this project to build a new 132kV GIS substation in Ramadi, Iraq. The goal of the project was to provide a reliable power supply of to the people of Ramadi and Al-Anbar province.

Working closely with the Iraqi Ministry of Electricity (MoE), Symbion designed the substation to anticipate future demand or electricity in the region.
