Symbion does extensive substation work, designing and building Air Insulated (AIS) and Gas Insulated (GIS) substations.
For this work, we have nationwide partnering agreements with leading global power engineering and manufacturing firms such as ALSTOM GRID. Symbion and ALSTOM GRID have worked together in Iraq and Afghanistan and more recently in Tanzania to provide fully integrated turnkey services and teams of experienced personnel.
